STALL MODEL (3x3 Panel Type)
- Standard Stalls are made from Octanorm Systems used worldwide in Exhibitions.
- Each Panel is 3 feet in breadth and 8 feet in height.
- The above image represents a 3x3 Panel Stall, totaling 9 panels.
- 3 Panels in the Centre, 3 Panels on both left and right sides.
STALL SPECIFICATIONS
- The above image is a graphic representational image of a 3x2 Panel Stall.
- 3 Panels in the Centre and 2 Panels on both the left and right sides.
- Each panel will be provided with a light.
- A table and one or two chairs (based on stall size) will be provided for each stall.
- Standard carpet included.
- One power socket will be provided in each stall.

The exhibition will feature 200+ well-designed stalls, offering artists ample space to exhibit their masterpieces inan organized and visually appealing manner. Each stall will serve as a creative hub where visitors can explore adiverse range of artworks, including paintings, sculptures, and mixed media pieces
2. Closed AC Hall:
The event will be hosted in a fully air-conditioned hall, ensuring a comfortable and premium experience for bothartists and visitors. The controlled environment will protect delicate artworks from humidity and temperaturechanges, enhancing the overall exhibition quality.
3. 500+ Artists:
Over 500 artists will be participating, making this one of the largest congregations of creative minds in TamilNadu. The exhibition will showcase a mix of emerging talents and renowned artists, offering a unique blend oftraditional and contemporary art.

Stall Layout
Standard Booth Package & Booth Information
Stall Rent Includes:
- 🛠️ Structure: Standard Octonorm Panels (Height: 8 ft / 2.44m)
- 💡 Lighting: One spotlight per panel (per 3.3 ft)
- 🏢 Flooring: Standard carpet flooring
- 🪑 Furniture Set: 2 chairs, 1 counter table* (*For stalls with 3m/3-panel center wall or above)
- 🔌 Electric Supply: One 230V, 5Amp AC supply socket
- 🖼️ Panel Booking: Shared stalls require artists to share furniture
- ⚠️ Extra Charges: Additional walls/panels, lights, and furniture will be charged extra
- 📌 Final Layout: Stall layout will be provided after full payment and allocation
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payment Schedule:
Payment of 50% is to be made at the time of stall registration. Balance 50% payment is to be made as per the last installment date mentioned by the IAF.

Please note that Stall payment is not accepted in cash. Payment should not be made in cash or in personal account of anyone except above official account of Indian Art Factory. Please note that Indian Art Factory do not appoint any agency / gallery / artists to sell stalls. Stalls should be booked by making payments only to official Indian Art Factory bank account as mentioned above. It should be brought to the notice of Indian Art Factory if anyone ask for payment in personal account or in cash or by Paytm or G-pay. Indian Art Factory won’t take responsibility for payment made to third parties for stalls and other accounts than mentioned above.
